BioMarion Crane is a native Dutchwoman with a passion for the English language. She blames having been conceived in the UK, or possibly the many summer holidays spent there in her youth.
She is not a purist; one of the most interesting things about languages in the first place is how they evolve, change, and yes, die out.
She has been writing stories since 1995, though mostly for her own enjoyment and sometimes very badly. She is currently working on three novels, and for bets on which one will be finished first we'll open a poll soon.
She lives in a nice apartment with her husband and a cat, which may be named after either Sam Vimes or Samuel L. Jackson, depending on who you ask.
Marion Crane has a BA in English Language and Culture and an MA in Translating English. The fact that her Bachelor's thesis was about The Hobbit and her Master's thesis about Good Omens should tell you something about her choice in books.
